You can specify a service duration, then some processing time, then add another finish duration.
The break in between is available for other appointments. For example, in a hair salon 45 minutes can be booked for a color, then set aside 30 minutes for processing (this time is available for another booking), then again 30 minutes to rinsing and styling.
