- Added an option to make a service available in package only, i.e. a customer should purchase a package first to be able to book a service.
- Redesigned the appointment actions in the calendar view - removed the dropdown that might be not convenient on some screens.
- Added an option to sort the customer list by last name, first name, email or username.
- Added some more descriptive labels in the appointment confirmation forms on the customer side.
