invoice

This is far the best appointment Software i've seen so far. I have a question before buying :

We would like to send out customers an invoice by mail. Does your software provide a list of accepted appointments for each client? and each month/week?

Re: invoice

Hello Bobbie,
thank you very much for your interest.

Yes, you can view the list of appointments for each client. Please have a look at our demo at http://www.hitappoint.com/demo.php

Click the "Admin" button to log in as the admin, then go to Clients, then in the actions box (at the right side per each client) select "Appointments".

You will be forwarded to the appointments list for this client. You can choose calendar or list view, select the time period, and filter appointments by status.

Re: invoice

Hello Algis,

Thanks for your answer. I have two more questions:

- Is it possible to generate an overview of all orders with prices and dates
- Is it possible to mark a order as "payed" or "not payed" by hand?

Thanks again.

Bob

not at the moment. A number of clients have been asking for this and we will be working on this in one of the nearest updates.

it is marked "paid" automatically when the total amount of payments matches the order total price. Although, for the orders that are not payed the admin can manually add a payment thus marking the order as "paid".

It is not shown in our online demo, please have a look at the screenshot attached.
