Appointment as soon as possible
Hello
I guess this question of mine belongs here in pre-sales questions.
Client situation:
Needs appointment ASAP! Can client go to a pool of people that want appointment as soon as possible? So staff can go to that pool when there is a "no show" or someone cancells their apppointment?
Is this perhaps what the "Queue" used for?
