When trying to book an appointment, this message comes up:
Cannot select the specified MySQL database. The following error occurs:
1203: User body_jim has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections
We've had this happen before. I have told all my employees to log off after they are finished using software, but I'm sure not all of the clients do so. I need the software up and running ASAP...unfortunately my bus depends on it. How might I do this?

this issue actually refers to your server's MySQL configuration rather than our software itself. The only way to resolve the problem is to consult your web server administrator, probably they can set a higher limit for you.
