thank you for your interest. Now we have the appointment cart feature so it might work for you as a combination of 2 appointments:

one for the "pick up" service at date1, then two for the "deliver" service at date2.

The payment gateways for now are Paypal, Authorize.Net, Nochex (UK) and the offline option as well.

Sorry for the postcodes integration at the moment it seems to difficult to implement
