I would like to have the scheduler set the appointment time as taken for all staff if an appointment is set for one.

So that if someone makes any appointment with one staff, no one else can make an appointment with any staff for that time.

I'd like to time to show up as booked for all staff on the calendar.

Is this enough explanation?

yes I see. We are just about to publish a brand new version, and then we will be able to add this option as a mod.
