Updating Problems

We purchased the multi user software last September.  Unfortunately, our website guy cannot seem to get the updates to work.  Are there any solutions or known issues with updating the software?

Because we have missed the last 11 or 12 updates, do we have to install them all individually or does the latest file contain all the update information?

Hello,
what is your current version? We have an data upgrade script from 2.3.* versions to the current one. Also the templates should be updated manually. I can do the upgrade for you if you can give me a temporary FTP access (please send an emal or private message to me).

Thank you for updating but there is a problem.  All of our appointments were either changed to the same name for the entire day except a few. Is there a way to fix this?

Also, we save a copied version of the appointments and now that we are trying to go back in to enter them the clients name on the appointment is shown as the staff members name.  So we don't know who the appointment is for.
