Is there a way I can pre-set the number of seats for certain appointment time? For example on Saturdays I have certain times I hold group sessions only so I do not want someone to be able to schedule an individual session during that time.

Hello,
at the moment it is not possible. We will review an option to create a "min seats" setting for a service, then it will be possible to set this service on Saturdays only.
