Hi Algis,
sometimes it is usefull to disable for the Client, to reschedule, reject or cancel an Appointment online.
In this case it is better, to receive an Email from the Client to do this, an the Staff or the Admin make the Changes.
I have serious trouble with prepayed Appointments ,which changed or rejected from a Client.
Please think also about a Schedulelist for the Admin , where are listed all Appointments from the past an which are rescheduled,rejected or canceled.
At the Moment I canīt retrace Bookings of this Categorys and nobody knows whats going on befor .
I hope my Whishes are not to ambitious.
