I am a new member and am not familiar with this seemingly awesome program.
Is it possible to print the schedule for each staff member, daily, weekly and or monthly.

thank you for your interest. Yes there's a print view for the appointments list. You can have a look at the demo:
http://www.hitappoint.com/demo.php
Log in as the admin or a staff for example, then if there are any appointments, there will be the "Print Version" link.
The demo installation is cleared every hour so you will probably need to create an appointment first as a client, then see this "printable view" feature
