The system looks like it should work well for my project. The only thing I couldn't see from the samples/demos on the website was how staff members can go in and open up a bunch of appointments so that the clients can go in and select the times that work for them.  It looks like this can be done but I couldn't figure out which tool allows you to do this. 

I can see that there is a place where the staff member could book an appointment that is already open and put the client info in, but couldn't tell if the staff member had the capability to open up the appointment slots.

Can you confirm that we will be able to do this?
