You think you can put a radio button on the final appointment page to allow customers the ability to choose the option to pay now using PayPal or pay later at the time of the appointment?

thank you for the suggestion, I will probably include it in the next update as "Allow Pay Later" option setting.

sorry not yet but it is planned for the nearest major update

The checkout will be like an invoice and the owner will be able to configure if offline payment is accepted. Then the client will have an invoice "to be paid" when coming personally.
