I have just setup and configured hitpoint database on my website. But now I want clients when booking to be able to enter things like telephone number and for home visits there address. How can I do this without having to delete database and start from scratch again.

In the admin - their is a section called "Custom fields"
These are filled in when the client is confirming their appoinment.
