This is also one of the function my client really need. Since she start using this product she have alot of customer that already call in a book and she don't want to mess up her online booking so she end up having to create a customer account set it to automatic accept appointment and set her appointment number up to 1000. She tried to go into working hr and turn off some hr but it also turn off all the other days. Can you please look into this can you give the admin more ability like turn off certain hr of certain date allowing my client to reserve off-line hr appointment with out having to keep logging on and off with a fake account?

hello,
yes a feature like this is planned for future updates. One question is: is it enough to create a simple appointment request procedure done by an administrator just as it is currently performed by a client? Or you will need some sort of "time reservation" - the administrator "reserves" some time that is now not available to clients but is really free and reserved for the admin to manually enter appointments at some later time?

I will let you make that call. Maybe a seperate page just for reservered time. First by first selecting the staff member then by selecting the time blocks (consecutive), and the some notes (ie, Dentist appmnt) -- A reccurring feature may be nice ( ie, every other tuesdeay @ 3pm for one hour)
Just a thought while I am typing -- Have you thought about room (resource) sharing? it is nice to think about these things early. This would be nice when you have multiple staff members and limited resources on a first booked first served basis.

In my situation, I may get a phone call from a client to make an appointment instead of them going to my web site. I would like to be able to enter the client information and reserve the appointment for them. I understand that I can make the appointment as admin if the client does not have e-mail.

an ability to "block time" from being available to clinets for meetings, lunches and the like would be awesome.
