This seems like a bug: If I suspend the account of a provider, that provider still shows up on the "Select Provider" page! The user can select that provider, and a pending appointment is created. Admin can then approve the appointment and it's in the system with a suspended provider. But the provider won't get any notice and therefore won't keep the appointment.

When I delete an instructor's account, the Select Provider page no longer shows them... but that may delete past and future appointments from the database.

Would it be possible to skip suspended providers on the Select Provider page?
