should be able to edit time slot start/end
When a new time slot is created, you can choose the start and end time.
If I need to shift a time slot, why do I have to delete and re-create it?
Right now, when you click on a time slot inside a provider's schedule, I can change
Selectable Times (e.g. interval), locations, and services... but I'd also like to be able
to change the From and To time.
