Hi Algis,
Is it possible for the software to hide services and locations if their not sceduled in the future? Example: I teach in Rhode Island 2-3 times a year and would like to be able to keep the location on record for when I need it, without the clients having to view it every time they book an appointment.

Whenever I delete either services and/or locations the software has to cancel any appointments in the past for these options. This really confuses the clients.

The blackberry smartphone integration is still 4 hours off the scheduled time that the client requested and if the client has a blackberry their conformation is off the 4 hours as well. this integration would be a great asset if it would give the client, provider, location, and correct time since it automatically enters into the blackberry calendar. otherwise it's just a hassle.
