I do like the option to add customized forms and fields to the appointmet setup.
This is exactly what I needed.
The problem is that the provider CANNOT see the new forms and fields -- the only way they can see it, is if ADMIN gives PROVIDERS -- ADMIN rights, but this is really not a good option.
This would be necessary for the PROVIDER especially to ADD their notes to appointment(s) assigned to them.
Even when ADMIN changes the field options from "Hidden" to "View" or "View&Update"
Then the CUSTOMER and ADMIN can see it, but the PROVIDER does not.
Can this be changed for the PROVIDER to access? Or add the option for PROVIDER to "View" or "View&Update"
So basically have the options for CUSTOMERS and PROVIDERS where ADMIN can then choose who can View and/or Update the new Custom Form Fields
*** Also I'm having an issue setting up new Textarea fields in the Custom Forms. Regardless of what I input for Textarea Columns it does not change the width of the box.
Is this a bug??
Thanks

Great Job! Thank you for the quick turn around.
I have not heard back from my customer, but I think she'll be happy with the new updates.
looking forward to the next ones.
The update I'm most interestd is the one on Session Appointments.
I'm sure folks that run tanning salons will really like to have that option -- where you can buy a block of XX appointments to use anytime.
Also the Text boxes work great and the Provider can now edit them also. It's great for the providers to keep notes and chart treatments for each appointment.
If I may, I would like to add one suggestion (which I believe may have been discussed already)
The way the files structure is setup, concerning the Theme and how it's affected by the updates.
In trying to change the theme to match my clients website -- which is mainly black -- I have to change the CSS files in the core\default\theme
The core\views\normal.php file for some layout
The core\panels\admin\footer.php file [for the footer]
and also an odd one core\lib\form\inputs\date\calendar.php which is for the popup calendar in the admin area.
With that said, what would be the chance these files can be taken out of hte core folder and maybe just placed in a theme folder. This way everytime you have an update, these files don't have to be moved around or edited -- unless there's a need because of the updates.
Currently I keep a list of files I have to put back into the core folder from the previous version so that I don't have to edit all them again to achieve the look I had
Just my two cents
Again, thanks for all the great work, I think a year from now this will be an outstanding script that many will be using --- and buying ![]()
