Hello Mario,
I've replied to your message 2 days ago, and just now I've forwarded it to you again. I can also paste it here as well, please let me know if you don't receive the second email.

Algis
I've also been looking in my Junk email folder to make sure -- some how I have not seen it

If you could post it here and also resend it -- I have added your email domain (hitcode.com) to my "Safe Sender" list just to make sure.

Sorry about all that
Mario

Hello Mario,
here is the message I sent:

it is a sort of drawback at the moment. The view of appointments by customer, by provider,
and by location shows upcoming appointments only at the moment. So far you can access past
appointments only in the global appointments list by the search function. I'm thinking how
to improve it: 1) either add the search function to apps sublists by customer, provider,
and location. 2) or add filtering (by customer, etc) to the global search form. What would
you suggest?

I've already added the Customize Form thing to the appointments as well, this new version
will be available within a day. This will work similar to the customer form, but it is
more advanced so that it allows to assign various forms to appointments depending on the
service.

this is a bit remote perspective, I will be adding the appointment complete option,
something like appointment fully completed, no show, etc. It's not in the nearest plans
though, I'll be trying to add this within a couple of months.

I will be working to include the cron thing with daily, weekly, etc reminders to customers
and providers with the upcoming appointments. As a quick fix at the moment, I can add a
setting if to attach ICS to notification emails.

I'm working on designing appointment packages. I'm sorry I can't estimate when it is
complete.

How do you review past appointments by customer, can I click on a customer and see past and future appointments?? Because right now when I click on USERS, then select a user and click on APPOINTMENTS, it says “No Appointments Found”, but if I do a search for appointments, that same customer has past appointments

I would suggest that the Admin and Provider can see the user appointments.
Then have the option to see PAST and FUTURE appointmets

The reason I say the provider should see the appointments, is because of the history and past procedures. Currently only the ADMIN can see ALL appointments for users.

Thanks for working out all these issues
