Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me! On more than one occasion now clients have booked an appointment and paid for it through PayPal but the system has not actually booked them an appointment at all. They receive a confirmation of payment from PayPal but do not receive confirmation from hitappoint and consequently the appointment is not booked!
This does not happen to everyone but has happened 3 or 4 times over the last 4 weeks. Does anyone know of a reason for this?

I'm sorry I'm not sure but I think this might happen with website network problems. This is very difficult to track. By the way, would you mind upgrading to version 4, soon it will include the complete payment logs so it will be easier to location such kind of problems.

Many thanks, yes i will upgrade to version 4. Will all my customised themes and the way in which the system is set up remain the same when i upgrade or will i need to reconfigure certain elements. I want to cause as little disruption as possible to my clients.
By the way, does this upgrade include a staff access logon which my staff could use from reception rather than having to use my admin login?
