Calendar Layout

Algis,

I know you are still working on many things in V4.09...just several questions.  Is the old calendar layout coming back.  This new one is too confusing.  I liked being able to pick a date and have available times show up for that date rather than (3) days.

Administrative area.  All the print links are gone.  These were very handly for printing out the days schedule.  Are we going to be able to change times to AM/PM rather the 24:00 time for booked appointment status

Hello Dex,

do you mean the customer side? I will add a setting to define how many days to show for the customer.

the print link is there. When you go to "Appointments >> Browse", it is just in the header, under the "Other Views & Export" label.

Re: Calendar Layout

Algis

Client Side:

I would like side-by-side calendar as in version-3.  I prefer this easy to use layout over the new confusing one. My opinion placing the hours at the bottom of the page is more difficult for clients to understand.

Calendar:

Is there an easy-way I can add my own Javascript calendar?

Administrator:

I do not see a print-link to just print todays, tomorrows, or weeks schedules as in version-3.  Maybe search was supposed to replace this but it takes too many steps to fill in the calendars everytime. I would like the links back or perhaps if you could add a drop-down menu.

Previous Print Links:

Appointments

    * Pending [0]

    * Today [0]
    * Tomorrow [0]
    * This Week [0]
    * Next Week [0]
    * All Upcoming [0]

    * Queued [0]

    * Past Appointments [0]

This View

    * Print Version
    * Customize
    * Customize Default

Thanx

Re: Calendar Layout

Dear Algis, I'm waiting for the same thing, for ours customers, staff personal and admin personal, is great the calendar view of the old version like a calendar with empty or occuped blocks, we make a copy and paste in excel and arrange the excel sheet to have on the salon a daily calendar. Thats the reason that we need to export in excel way it helps a lot. Or a better view to print the diary calendar with blocks.

In this version is not easy to check how appointment has a staff member and to arrange more than one appointment to differents staff in the same day with differents services.

Example: For a Client: Robert Day 03/25

10 to 11 for Maria (Staff Member) for Hair Cut
11 to 12 for Jean (Staff Member) for Hands
12 to 2 for Carmen (Staff Member) for Makeup

To make this we have to view the emptys block for Maria and Jean, to make easier an faster the process.

Thanks again

Re: Calendar Layout

Hello,
I'm working to include the admin visual view for appointments, please see a preview in the attached screenshot.

Regarding the client view, I will have a look at this, most probably the calendar layout can be changed via CSS.

Re: Calendar Layout

Yes, and is helpfull for our customer and staff we could see in the hour block the name of the client and service, I mean just like version 3 in a Day or Week Period. And could be better if we have the option to Excel export it be Great.

Thanks
