Provider can't delete their own appointment
A provider can create an appointment. But if they browse their appointments, they can't delete. (click check box, then select reject and go) They are taken back to the login screen.
In fact clicking on any link in the browse appointment take you back to the login screen. (you are still loggen in, because you can then click on provider area and browse the appointments again)
