upgrading

I can't find any info on upgrading from 3.x to 4

What are the steps for upgrading and not losing current data?

Hello Mark,
I'm sorry so far there is no upgrade script. The data structure has been completely changed. I think I will add some sort of script to move at least part of the data within several days.
