Problem with the time in the email.

When someone requests an appointment the email they receive is a different time then they request. However the email that I get letting me know of the request has the correct time they requested. How can I fix this?

Re: Problem with the time in the email.

Hello,
the time in the customer email is displayed according to the customer time zone, while in your message it is shown in your time zone (configured in hitAppoint settings). So these 2 times can be different.

Re: Problem with the time in the email.

When I am testing this and having the email sent to my gmail account the time is still wrong and it is in the same time zone.

Re: Problem with the time in the email.

Hello,
it is strange. Could you please give me a temporary admin access for testing, as well as which client account is having a problem with the time? Please send me an email.

Re: Problem with the time in the email.

Have you received any fix for this from Algis? I am having the same issue, emailed Algis, and he responded once but not again since (even with me email him again). I am at a loss because he usually is very fast with any issues.

Re: Problem with the time in the email.

What I ended up doings is changing the time zone to + 00:00 so it would be the same time as my server then I edited hctime2.php and changed the wording to say it was my time zone.
