Here's an easy one!

No tinkering necessary (on your part anyways). I'm testing out the workflow on the staff member side of things, and it seems that a staff member has to confirm the appointment before it is set and the client is notified.

I am not in a position where I need appointments confirmed. Can I remove this feature somehow to allow a paid appointment to be auto-confirmed without staff member intervention?

Also, if a staff member was to reject an appointment that was already paid for, would the money be automagically returned to the client (I'm using paypal)?

Thanks for your help.

yes sure, it can be configured per every service, go to Company >> Services >> Edit one, then configure the part under the Permissions part, if set to Auto Confirmation, the staff member will not need to confirm the appointments.

sorry no this is not included, the paypal money should be returned manually to the customer

Thanks, Algis. I've seen this function but for some reason it didn't seem to go right in my testing. I'll have another look, as I'm sure the fault is on my end this time. Thanks again!
