time

On the page when they see the service to choose from, can someone help me remove the 30 min after the service. I run a automotive company and there is no really fixed times for the services.

Re: time

Hi

I think you've to leave a blank in this area when you edit this specific service.

Re: time

Yes, I believe you are supposed to leave this blank. If you enter a 0 it will be marked as "Free".

hmm, the system requires that every service session has a fixed duration, we can't have it that an appointment has an undefined duration.

Re: time

Is there a way I can just not have it show when they go to select the session. I understand that we need it for the scheduling reason I just don’t want it to show to the customer then they think that service is going to take 30 mins.

Re: time

hmm I'm sorry this will be hard to implement as every appointment is assumed to start at some fixed time and has some fixed duration

Re: time

RGC is right, it's not there in 4.1.4 (as far as I can tell). This is something I'd like also.

Perhaps it can be added either under Settings>Misc (which is only the CSV delimiter) or more appropriately as a checkbox associated with each service (as with the "provider presence required" checkbox which currently exists).

BTW, the CSV pulldown is hard to read. Maybe radio buttons and the words "comma" and "Semicolon" instead?

Re: time

Hi Algis,

How do we disable the duration feature?

Is this feature no longer available? If not, when do you think we can get this feature ?

Thanks!

Re: time

Hello everyone,
I'm sorry yes the "hide the duration" feature is temporarily disapeared in the current version 4. As it happened that so many people need this, I will put it back asap.
