Thanks for the demo that I practiced today.
1) I saw it is possible to configurate my weekly working hours in the Company menu.
2) But I saw also this ability when editing a service item.
I first thought that I could with 1) fix my global week working time and with 2) only allow specific services into specific sub-working time for example with o , c and outdoor category services :
Day Morning (9h00-12h00) Afternoon (14h00-19h00)
Mo only o services available only c services available
Tue only o services available only c services available
Wed only c services available outdoor services available
Thur only o services available only c services available
Fri only o services available only c services available
Sat only c services available outdoor services available
Sun Closed Closed
But I can't fix it
Can hitappoint manage such journey pre-selected services availabilities ?

Hello Stephane,
hitAppoint can handle this. A time for an appointment is determined as available if both the service and the staff member are available at this time. So, for your setup I would suggest to configure it as follows:
1. set the staff working hours as 24 hours a day throughout the week but the Sunday. It is not a problem as the actual working hours will be determined by the service hours.
2. Configure the service hours just as you describe, for example:
o services: Mon 9:00-12:00, Tue 9:00-12:00, Wed 14:00-19:00 etc
c services: Mon 14:00-19:00, Tue 14:00-19:00, Wed 9:00-12:00

Hi Algis,
Thank you for posting me back.
I think I have something wrong in my config (see below or see on the link you sent me).
Because when I try to create a new appointment for example in C SERVICE category (eg C category service n°1) this service shouldn't be available on (for ex.) monday the 23rd of november between 9:00 & 12:00 (only o category services allowed at this time period) ! but it is ?????
the same goes for the other category services that can be booked on wrong time period.
Did I misunderstood the settings rules ?
Can you check it please

Well. I'm still worried about the fact on the calendar I can't schedule a c-category service appointement the 26 th of november although I can make one the 19th of nov. or the 2nd of jan. ?
I checked out if there was an holiday fixed at this day but none !?
Second question : what do you mean exactly by Unlimited Domains Licence in the order section ? If I have several web sites can I use this software on each of them meanwhile it is implemented on different NAS servers ?

Nov 26th is the Thanksgiving Day, it is 4th Thursday of November, this is configured in Company >> Holidays
Our standard licence allows using the software at one domain. If you need to install hitAppoint at another domain, you need to purchase additional licence. So, if you are going to use hitAppoint on many websites (domains), the unlimited domains licence allows installing hitAppoint at any number of websites.
