Calendar lifetime

Hello Algis
Thanks for your quick answer.

2. Also on config., What's the duration of the perpetual calendar ?
At this question I meant How long does the calender last ? Does it goes automatically to 2010, 2015 , 2025...
Or are there updates to keep this calendar running for the coming years ?

I had also 3 other quetsions

a) I live in France and I would like to know how to proceed to purchase the software licence ?

b) I think this was already asked in a former question ; but in fact the software is continiously updated, I'd like to know if it is possible to find an history of the past appointments.
For the moment, I'm working on excel. Each page of this document (Agenda) represents a year's month on wich columns represent the days of this month & the rows the hours.  inside thes axis/ordinate are located the appointment cells.
Thus If I want to find an old appointment (for ex. that took place the 2007 5 the 17th) I can go back into the 2007 excel calendar doc. and click on may page and find what happened on the 17th.

I need this for the archive and also because of recurring appointments.

But maybe there is another way doing this by :

- Export the hitappoint calendar into excel format,

- or by synchronize it with excel or with another calendar tool (sunbird, Outlook,...)

c) Do you have a list of existing websites that have implemented hitappoint software. I only found a few :

masterfulliving.org/

carrsdigital.com/

avnaturalhealth.com/

longhurst.com/david/

onefamilydoctor.com/

audioposting.com/

cosafetytraining.com/index.php

Thank you for this.

hmm, actually there's no limit on the calendar, you can scroll it as long as you need

it's just fine, we've had quite a number of customers from France, just click the Order link to proceed to our payment processing partner.

you can configure hitAppoint to store old appointments as long as you need, then you can go back in calendar to review old appointments.

Regarding the export to Outlook or Excel, I'm sorry it is not currently possible. This feature is frequently requested and I will include it for sure in the next generation version that I'm currently hard working on.

weel actually I do not keep the list of active websites that use hitAppoint. It is not necessary to put a link back to our website so it will require quite a lot of manual work for me to keep this list up to date. Also, quite a number of customers do not wish to see their websites listed, for whichever reason.

I occasionally do screenshots of custom themes here:

Hello Algis,
This is the second post of the day.

It concerns the theme about the old appointments.

My question is how can I proceed to find old appointments on the demo you sent me ?

Thanks again for your understanding.

please go to Appointments >> Everyone's Appointments, or Appointments >> My Appointments, then choose Period: Month, then move backward in the calendar to the month you need
