Hi I'm interested in the software but just have a quick question, the demo looks great but I'm looking to use it as a party organiser - I'd need a user to select a service (ie food selections) and fill in the date time etc but for them at some point to set the number of people and for the total cost to be the required multiple of the service cost. It may be that the price to pay is a deposit so would also need to be a percentage of the adjusted price.
Can you let me know if this is possible please? If so how would I go about it after purchasing?
Also I would be needing to skin the software but obviously can't download a demo version to see how much work is involved - could you approximately say how many files need modifying to alter the design to fit in with an existing website?
Many thanks, John

Hello John,
thank you for your interest.
Regarding the multiple people for one booking we have these settings per service that will most probably resolve your requirements:
- Total Seats
- Min Seats Per One Appointment
- Max Seats Per One Appointment
Naturally, the price per appointment is multiplied accordingly if more than one seat is booked.
Regarding the skin, it is pretty easy, it is one HTML file that defines the global structure like header and footer, and 3 CSS files to style colors, layout, and fonts.
Moreover, we provide the free initial design integration service to completely fit our software into your website.

Thanks algis, I'll test that out. Do you know if there is built in (or easily changed) functionality so that I could set the amount to be paid as a deposit?
I've got a good knowledge of php if it means modifying any of those files?

Hello Johny,
I'm sorry currently it is not possible to accept a deposit, although I think I will be able to add this option if needed. So when a customer pays the deposit, the appointment is accepted.
The question is how would you like to handle the remaining part of the payment? If the customer pays when at your office - it's ok. But if you need to add an option to pay the remaining amount online via hitAppoint - I'm sorry it will require more additional work that we can't afford now.
