Subsequent appointments

I’ve been looking for something like this for a while for one of my customers.
I have read the questions (at least most of them) but I have not seen this one asked.

My client runs a “Body Care” services – massages, manicures, eyelash, etc with about 5 staff members

Some of the services are package deals, where you can buy 3 sessions – say for body massage. The customer chooses the 3 session package and then schedules the first session – does HitAppoint also allow for the customer to pick the subsequent 2 appointments before they checkout?  Say the first appointment is on Monday, then be able to schedule the second on Wed and the last on Fri...

Thanks for your time

Re: Subsequent appointments

Hello,
thank you for your interest. Yes, hitAppoint provides the "appoinentment cart" feature - a customer can add several appointments to the cart, then confirm and checkout all of them in one action.

Thanks for the reply, but… Uhmm

I’m not sure that is the solution I need…maybe I did not explain my question very well, so let me have another try:

Ok, let’s say the package for 3 massages sessions sells for $100.00 (compared to one session for $45.00) – if I buy the 3 session package, can I then setup the system to give the customer 2 other “FREE” dates to schedule the subsequent appointments?

If this is not possible, what other way do you see that this could be accomplished?

I’m not sure how the “appointment cart” would work, unless the customer had instructions to select 2 more dates – but then the subsequent appointments would have to be set at $0.00 because payment for the service was already charged in the first appointment (package for 3 massages sessions) -- this would then display a FREE service that new customers may assume as FREE  smile

If this is possible, how does one go about setting it up in the Admin area?

Again, thanks for taking the time to answer my questions

Re: Subsequent appointments

agh yes I see now. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to implement a thing like "1 appointment for $45" and "3 appointments for $100", I'm sorry.
