Interested, but need to know more

Hello, I am a music teacher who is running a music studio. We have many teachers that offer a variety of subjects and I need a streamlined calendar to help my teachers easily schedule, get immediately paid and notified, all to avoid wasted time:) I have a list of questions that would greatly help me on deciding if your calendar  is the wise choice for us:(sorry for the looooong list of questions)

1.    Will this system seamlessly integrate with a service like Paypal API, which allows both the company and the teacher to get paid for the timeslot automatically. For instance, a company offers the platform at a 50/50 split. The teacher schedules their time slots, a slot gets booked (purchased) both the company, client and teacher receives confirmation as well as receives their 50% share of payment into their (company and teacher) paypal account.

2.    I am assuming a client can purchase a time-slot in real time right off the calendar and that all parties involved (company, consultant, client) will be emailed a notification and that time-slot instantly disappear so someone else cannot purchase that slot?

3.    Can a teacher customize their personal calendar as to the length of the session (30, 45, 60 minutes, etc) as well as set their price per time? And can they offer multiple times?

4.    I have a lot of teachers. How many can I allow into their own calendar? We plan on keeping this software on our site and not passing it around to every single teacher as I could see that as a multiple user thing. We want each teacher to be able to login to a calendar and add their available times.

5.    Can a teacher offer multipe types of lessons, such as math, English, etc. per any timeslot and allow the student to purchase that time and request what they want to be tutored on?

6.    Will the calendar be searchable by subject and teacher?

7.    Can a student purchase multiplel lessons at once? For instance, a student wants 10 lessons. And if so, can the teacher offer a discount for a lesson bundle?

8.    Can the client who purchases that time, submit a form or questionnaire during  their transaction with notes such as what they want to cover in that session? And will this form be emailed to the instructor?

9. Can we customize layout, color, etc for this calendar?

PLEASE help me with this, anxious to get started smile

Re: Interested, but need to know more

Hello Jaime,
thank you very much for your interest, I will try to answer your questions.

So far I see one probably disappointing thing about our software applied to your business model - hitAppoint doesn't allow the revenue split between the system owner and the teachers, i.e. with hitAppoint you can't run a service website for service providers, like teachers for your setup.

hitAppoint is designed for small businesses which may have several staff members, but it is the owner who deals with the payments, i.e. customers pay for appointments, and the company receives the payments. Our software doesn't provide options to pay directly to staff members. So in whole the software is designed about the fact that a small business might have up to 10 staff members, like a small private music school. Adding more teachers will make the system quite awkward to use.

Having said that, I will be pleased to hear if you are still interested, so we would proceed to a more detailed discussion.

Re: Interested, but need to know more

If your system allows a payment plan to be utilized through a system like PayPal, we should be able to set up the payment split on our end. However, we will have many more than 10 emplyees. So please let me know if more employees is still a problem. If so, is there a way to remedy this?

Re: Interested, but need to know more

Hello,
if the number of your employees is many more than 10 I'm afraid hitAppoint can be very awkward to use as there are many screens where the employee list is shown, we do not have any options to search or filter the employee list, this is the way the software is designed now, I'm sorry.
