PRO::
This software is great.  The open source is GREATLY appreciated as I often have strange client requests that require quirky customizations.  I have had some very complex mixed day/hour/week/month combinations and I have been able to accommodate almost all of them.

FOR THE PRICE - THE FOLLOWING CON is pretty negligible.

CON::
The lack of documentation for the code makes it hard to diagnose issues.  The system uses a very unique and generic "hierarchy" table that lumps all of the data relationships into hard to decipher rows of numbers.  As a programmer, it took me a few hours of submitting requests and recording the database changes to figure out what rows corresponded to each action.

I think the mysql operations need to be optimized.  Some takes take more than 30 seconds to complete and I can't quite figure out why yet.


OVERALL::
Excellent platform.  I have been using it for a long time and it has been great to see it grow.  It would be awesome if more developers could contribute to this project as an open-source collaboration.  I think that the community would benefit greatly from more documentation and a little refinement.  I believe that with a little more cleaning, the sales of this product could increase dramatically.  I know a lot of potential users that like the product, but require more hand holding to get it up and running.
