I looked around at a number of appointment scripts available for purchase or for monthly fees. I also looked at some that were free, but hitappoint is far superior and well worth the investment.

It's like it was written specifically for our virtual conference room business. 

The script is VERY clean and VERY intuitive to use. 

I ran into a snag with the installation (apparently some issues in the PHP configuration of my webhost) but the folks at hitappoint got everything straightened out and we are THRILLED!
