yes sure, it is theme based. A theme file is a simple HTML page with a couple of PHP lines calling hitAppoint code. Other things like fonts, colors etc are easily configurable via the theme CSS files. Please have a look at some samples here http://www.hitappoint.com/preview/

we decided to include the currencies that are supported by Paypal. We can easily add the ZAR to the list, but please note that it will not be handled by Paypal online payments, you will be limited to the "offline payments" only. If it is not problem, we can easily add the ZAR.

it depends. Initially we had only Paypal, the other (Authorize.net, Protx, Nochex) have been added by customer requests. Although I can't guarantee that a certain payment gateway will be added anyway.

the automation installation script is provided. You need to create a database before though. Or hitAppoint can share an existing database with other applications. Anyway we can install the script for you, no problem.
