Hi,
I am a one man shop, doing online tech support.
I will have to set myself up as the only staff member. Must my clients have to choose my name as a staff member when scheduling an appointment? Or, can that screen be by passed, instead going directly to the schedule page.
Also, which service service at Clickatell should I subscribe to so I get SMS of new appointments made?
Can an SMS be sent to me (the staff member) say 30 minutes before an appointment as a reminder? You have no details how the SMS plugin works.
Is there a demo version which is time limited in some way? What happens if I purchase your software and it does not do what I want it to do after real time testing for a week or so?

If only one staff member is available for a chosen service, the system automatically skips the staff selection and jumps to the next step, i.e. choosing a time.
With Clickatell, you need to sign up for the SMS GATEWAY service, then once you are in, you will need to create a new HTTP Connection.
For the moment, the reminder SMS can't be sent to a staff member, only to the client. The SMS messages come the same way as the email. Please have a look at our demo, log in as the admin, then go to Configuration >> Notifications. These are email notifications, and once SMS plugin is installed, you will be able to configure SMS notifications for these actions. And the reminder thing is only possible for the clients only now.
