Dear friends! Please note these forums are currently in read only mode.
I am planning a nanny-based childcare service for a client of mine, and he is very impressed with the quality of the work here, but has a couple questions.
1. He needs the program to place a 40-hour limit on the number of hours each staff member can work. Can this be done?
2. If someone schedules an appointment, he wants 3 email messages to go out: one to him, one to the staff member, and one to the client. Can this be done?
3. He wants the nanny to acknowledge receipt of the email to avoid any missed appointments. It would be just like those emails where a message pops up saying "the sender has requested that you confirm that you recieved this email" with a yes and no. Can this be done?
If I buy your software, does it currently do any of these things natively, and if not:
- can you make these changes?
- is it possible for my programmer to make these changes?
Thanks again! This is a great product you have here!

currently we can have only a day limit (8-hour working day for example, or 4 appointments per day). Probably we will add a week limit in future updates, but I can't promise that this can be done in the nearest future.

yes, it can be done. By default, an email is sent to the client, another one to the staff member, and this staff email message can be sent to the admin as well (CC).

hmm, I think that we can implement this by requiring staff members explicitly accept appointments. You can configure the system that an appointment receives a pending state after request, and a staff member has to accept or reject it. There are direct links to do so in the staff member email message, like Click Here To Accept This Appointment, and another link to reject.
