Considering buying, few queries first

I have a client that runs a car dealership, and he wants customers to be able to book car servicing online. The garage is open 9-5 Monday to Friday, and an appointment is possible at 30 minute intervals throughout the day (first at 0900, last at 1630), so bookings must only be possible at these times.

When booking an appointment, the customer should have to provide their name, phone number, car make and reg. The form for booking an appointment must be able to be integrated fully with the design of the website, and once booked the user should be sent a confirmation email, and my client should be able to view appointments that have been made through an admin panel.

Users booking appointments should not have to login or register.

Finally, users should have the option of either paying upfront upon booking, or paying by hand 'at the office'. The admin should easily be able to see what appointments have been paid for and what haven't.

Is hitappoint customiseable to achieve the above?

Could anyone also provide me with information as to the payment gateway hitappoint uses?

easy, there is a configuration named "time unit", so setting this to 30 min will do the trick

Fullname is built-in, phone number, car make and reg can be easily configured as additional fields.

no problem, hitAppoint view is theme based and it can be integrated into virtually any website design.

email confirmations are built-in. Also there is an option to add SMS notifications.

yes sure, the admin panel provides various views - day, week, month, as calendar or list.

easy, hitAppoint provides several online upfront payments, or "pay at the office" option. Currently supported online gateways: Paypal, Authorize.net, Nochex, Protx.
