Dance Appointment Scheduling

Dance Arts, Inc., run by Sam and Denise Miller, is the home of the Language Of Dance in a partnership. Sam and Denise are movement and body energy analysts. They teach partnering through energy and physical connections. Creating efficiency of desired movement by means of energy, body isolation, and imagery.

Sam and Denise provide private and group lessons for various dance styles such as Argentine Tango, Bachata, West Coast Swing. Their scheduling is quite complex, for example on April 18th from 1pm to 3pm Sam and Denise may be giving together an Argentine Tango group lesson, then from 3pm to 7pm they have private lessons. And on April 24th the schedule may be completely different.

hitAppoint’s flexible scheduling management helps Sam and Denise keep track of their appointments in a simple and efficient manner. hitAppoint allows to create a schedule that is active within a certain date frame, for example from Apr 24th to Apr 25th, then configure every hour of this time, including services and locations involved.

  1. This sounds like a great application – was wondering if it would work with, in this case, multiple dance instructors (e.g. one that teaches salsa and another that does the same and the client would be able to book whichever is available at a given time) – if so, I could definitely use it!

  2. yes sure, you can set the dance instructors as “bookable resources” and a customer could choose one if several are available at this time. Also in the latest version we have an option to automatically assign a free instructor is several are available
