Using the PHP source code in Joomla, does this mean that the componant would be more personalized / colourful and personalzed to the studio?

I agree with other comment. a 2-way sync with, say, google calendar would be just perfect. That way I can make appointments on the move on my phone and be confident I am not clashing with a client booking online at the same time. it would tick all the boxes for me …

Thanks for developing such an amazing piece of software and making it affordable too.

Have you got any plans for allowing 2-way sync? So for example, an appointment in a user’s off-site calendar is syncd to hotappoint and that user can no longer be booked for an appointment at that time.

I think that would tick off every single thing I need!

yes sure, you can set the dance instructors as “bookable resources” and a customer could choose one if several are available at this time. Also in the latest version we have an option to automatically assign a free instructor is several are available

This sounds like a great application – was wondering if it would work with, in this case, multiple dance instructors (e.g. one that teaches salsa and another that does the same and the client would be able to book whichever is available at a given time) – if so, I could definitely use it!

yes, in version 4.5 the number of seats is configured per schedule, so you can have various capacity for one service depending on location, or time for example.

Wondering if version 4.5 includes the ability to adjust the number of seats per schedule as opposed to having the number of seats per service as in 4.4
