Automatic Rejects For Class Scheduling

For group class scheduling hitAppoint provides an option for you to set a min number of required appointments for a time, and if this number is not reached by certain time before the scheduled time, these appointments are automatically cancelled, and both the customer and the admin user are notified.

You can easily configure this option in the Automatic Reject tab of the service edit screen.
